Seamless transition from grams to tons: Our real options manufacturing platform enables a seamless and fast scale-up from the benchtop to commercial scale production.
We operate a 6,000 m2 R&D center and fully equipped production facilities. You can rely on our state-of-the-art production capabilities and a highly skilled team of experienced chemists and chemical engineers.
The manufacturing platform, to produce specialty chemicals and material precursors, consists of an R&D Lab, Kilo-Lab, pilot plant and commercial production facilities. ABCR Labs practices batch, semi-batch, reactive distillations and continuous chemical process technologies with annual reaction capacity of 5,000 tons.
R&D Laboratory
Where the process starts: Product and process development takes place here. We carryout custom syntheses, explore new synthetic routes and develop chemical processes for scale-up and commercialization. A state-of-the-art laboratory with the capability to analyze, run reactions and distillations up to 22 liters in volume.

Manufacturing Operations
Kilo Laboratory

Where we prepare qualification samples: In our modern kilo laboratory, with seven extraction hoods and two distillation benches, we carryout the production of non-scalable processes, validate reproducibility of chemical processes and prepare qualifications samples for new products from 1 kg to 15 kg.
Pilot Plant

Where processes are scaled up: For process scale-up and qualification – our pilot plant is the link between the laboratory and commercial scale production. It is equipped with six processing suites.

- Operating pressure range from full vacuum up to 4 bar
