Research & Development

Process Development
& Scale-up
Where the process starts: Product and process development takes place here.
Products that transition from R&D to qualification phases which need to be customized to meet customer’s application requirements. The services provided are broken down into three phases.
- Phase I: test process reproducibility in the Kilo Laboratory
- Phase II: validate process in the Pilot Plant
- Phase III: process scale-up to a commercial reactor
Synthetic Organometallic and Silicon Chemistry
We offer our chemical process technology knowhow to make custom products in the gram to kilogram range.
Toll Manufacturing
Production based on a defined manufacturing process and key raw materials provided by the customer. All the key raw material provided by customer are converted to product and customer agrees to buy all the produced product.
Packaging & Supply Chain Solutions
We offer a full range of tailored packaging and delivery systems to accommodate all industrial and shipping regulatory requirements. We use our dedicated logistics companies for regular, direct and temperature-controlled shipments of all types of dangerous goods.
In addition, with a supply agreement in place we offer different supply chain solutions that include maintaining inventory levels of critical raw materials, production and product shipment scheduling.
